ACORN?

There has been a lot of talk lately about the friendly neighborhood ACORN Representatives. Some are claiming outright voter fraud, and others, well the best they can do is say we're looking into it. But there is a huge problem with this that makes matters even worse.

First off, ACORN has been outright caught doing illegal things. The spokeswomen was on the news circuits yesterday and today claiming they had done nothing wrong. They were simply helping people who usually don't get to vote. While that sounds all well and good, when you use a homeless person to register 15 times that's just illegal. When you sign off on fake voter registration documents utilizing names like the Dallas Cowboys....that's illegal. And finally when you give people money in exchange for registering to vote....well that criminal.

The video interviews that are posted are very good. But the one that pushed it over the edge is the one of the lady being interviewed about whether she tells people how to vote. The interviewer asks her point blank, do you tell these people who to vote for...the answer is yes. Do you tell them to vote for Senator Obama....answer is yes. Why do you do that knowing that its illegal.....the answer because I want to and he's going to win. Then the final admission.....is that camera on....I need to go now. Yes, I bet you do, I'd call a lawyer too.

You see, a free vote is a right of every member of our country. Yes, I said member of our country, as in Citizen. If you are not a citizen then you don't get to vote....just another part of what ACORN has been attempting. But we have spent billions and billions of dollars around the world to help other countries have free elections. We have spilt American Blood in many parts of the world doing this also. Now, here within our own borders, we have groups that are trying to conduct these same illegal activities that we have deployed troops to stop elsewhere.

To make matters worse, this is going to be a close election. No matter what your political persuasion, this is going to be very close. To have groups like this conducting illegal activities in swing states for one party is despicable. If they are successful, I fear for our nation. This is usually the political realm of people like Hugo Chavez, and yes even our old deceased buddy Saddam Hussein. If we start down this road, then we have lost one of the parts of our country that sets us apart from others that we consider evil and corrupt.

Every single one of these ACORN members should be brought in for questioning and if ANYTHING illegal is found, prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition every single registration done by ACORN should be thrown out and the people asked to come back down and show proof of who they are, if they can't, then you can't vote. The sad part is we have been able to teach the Iraqi Citizens about the importance of free elections, but here, we now have groups trying to destroy that.
